We at CAJE know the importance of Jewish education and the challenges

Teachers, Take an Online Class!
Teachers in Colorado are taking a class called Effective Classroom
Strategy, offered online through JSkyway, and coordinated by CAJE. This is a
scheduled asynchronous class (translation: you have to keep up with the
class, but you can get on your computer at midnight if you want to.) The
cost wasdrastically reduced from $100 to $60 just for Colorado teachers. If

A Successful Afternoon of Workshops
27 teachers from 9 different religious schools gathered on a Sunday
afternoon in November to learn together and share ideas. Workshop topics
included Lesson Planning and Classroom Management, Teaching to Different
Learning Styles, and Connecting Kids to Judaism through Prayers and

Teachers join CAJE’s Book Group for Educators
Several teachers are in the process of furthering their knowledge and
socializing with other educators in a book group organized by a local
teacher. They are meeting three times during the year to discuss the books
they've read. including How To Differentiate Instruction in Mixed-Ability
Classrooms by Carol Ann Tomlinson, A Mind At a Time by Mel
Levine, and Visions of Jewish Education by Seymour Fox.
